Novotel Lausanne Bussigny Crissier, Crissier

Despite the rooms not matching the promotional pictures and being quite basic, my stay was enjoyable as they were clean and spacious. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being open and friendly while others seemed aloof and uninterested. The location, although not very convenient for short stays and not ideal for travellers without a car, was still well-managed and suitable for those visiting Lausanne. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good breakfast but limited evening meal choices. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The rooms were clean and the extra bed made up for our child was a nice touch, although they lacked sound isolation and ventilation in the bathroom. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with some friendly interactions but also some pompous attitudes. The location was a bit out of the center but not a problem for us. The dining experience was delightful, although finishing early on weekdays was a downside.

The hotel rooms were quite small, under my expectation, but comprised all the required amenities. I paid with my credit card for the complete stay there.
